HOW YOU DID IT: BECOMING THE FIRST CHAIRMAN’S
CLUB PERSON
I treat my business as a business. I realize that to succeed, not
only do I have to succeed, but at least 10 others have to become
Directors and 5 have to become Triple Diamonds. I make money when
they make money. My job is to train people in how to be successful
in network marketing. It is about building leaders by training them
to be leaders.
Interview Questions
1. How did you first learn about StemEnhance® and/or STEMTech?
Ian Davies called me and at first I thought he was a little crazy,
but after he sent me the information about StemEnhance®, I forwarded
it to the medical advisory board of my foundation and they all came
back with "if this product really works, you have found a real
winner!" It does and I did!
2. What attracted you to the product or the company?
I am a network marketing business person and look at the whole picture
of a business before I decide to get involved. I have had many companies
solicit me, but they all had "me too" products. StemEnhance®
is a whole new product category, therefore one of a kind. And with
the science behind it for full validation, you can't help but be
excited! And the multi-level compensation plan creates a tremendous
business opportunity. STEMTech has the whole package!
3. When did you enroll as a distributor, and what was the timeframe
for your rank advancements?
I signed up a couple of weeks before the "PreLaunch" in
October of 2005. I becameTriple Diamond by March of 2006. Then I
let my business coast while I took lots of vacations! I went back
to work and became President in July of 2007 and most recently,
this March, at the 2nd Annual STEMTech Convention, I became the
first Chairman in the company. Even though I have reached the highest
rank, it's not about what I do, it's about what my leaders do and
I will continue to work until they reach Chairman, too.
4. What methods do you find most successful in building a business?
The most successful method is to use the systems! Wealthbuilders
and TeleCenter are two great systems available to all distributors
that are critical to helping me build my business. WealthBuilders
gives you a great place to send prospects to view both the opportunity
and product that STEMTech has to offer with high quality pre-approved
videos. TeleCenter also gives you a place to send prospects with
your own 800 number with an automated message about the product
and opportunity. It also gives you a communications bundle to include
your 800 number, fax & voicemail. Together you have a complete
system for filtering and processing prospects. It really is the
easiest and most profitable way to grow a large organization! I
use them consistently and my organization is now 25,000 people and
growing! And remember, "it's not what you do, it's what they
do."
5. Do you have a preferred “target prospect group”?
Explain about them.
I only prospect for entrepreneurs - people who are already in business
for themselves or who want to be in business for themselves, even
if it is not network marketing. This is because they already understand
the concept of working for yourself and are self-motivated. All
I need to do is direct them to the systems and that's when the magic
happens and my business grows!
6. Describe your average STEMTech work day.
Since I am back in "recruiting mode" because I want to
further expand my business (and go to Cancun) I spend at least an
hour a day on the phone with prospects in the United States. Then
I spend an additional hour per day speaking with people internationally
in countries that are open and ones that are opening soon. I check
in with my leaders (though most call me to check in) looking for
new ways to get the word out and support each other in motivation
and sharing successful ideas.
7. Are you part-time or full time? What is or was your career before
STEMTech?
STEMTech is my full-time job with part-time hours. Before this I
was an accountant, CPA and financial advisor. In my spare time I
continue to teach money management and tax advice for the home based
business and invest my STEMTech money in real estate.
8. Describe the area where you live, pointing out the best places
you’ve found to share the StemEnhance® story.
I live in Las Vegas, Nevada - one of the fastest growing cities
in the U.S., however, very few of my distributors are actually in-state.
I've grown my business primarily over the phone, out-of-state and
internationally which goes to show that it doesn't matter where
you live, you can do this as a business! And that is how I've shared
the StemEnhance® Story, one phone call at a time!
9.Pretend I am a prospect. Give me your one-minute introduction.
I use one of the following depending on circumstances:
If you could find a way:
- To make as much money as you are worth...
- To create a new paradigm of health for yourself...
- To pay much less in taxes each year...
- To change whatever aspect of your life you want to change...
Would you want that information??
And then I shut up and send them to the systems. It works!
10. What personal physical benefits have you experienced with StemEnhance®
and/or StemFlo™?
It is so hard to not say to people that I no longer need a knee
replacement, that my fibroid tumors have disappeared and that my
calcified adrenal gland is no longer calcified. I love this product!
so I guess I better say that I am much more mobile and can do lots
of things now that I couldn't do before. And I love the compliments
that I look like I'm in my early forties instead of crowding 60!
With StemFlo™ I feel increased energy and have better movement.
11. Who has helped you most in building your business? Explain
what help this person has given you.
My teacher and mentor, Steve Lewis. I don't want to mention him
in the article, but what we have done together is to put Steve's
training into systems and ways for the regular distributor to be
successful. The whole concept of being a Tour Guide instead of selling
comes from him. Everything that is on TeamKeerthi.com, ways to talk
to people, ways to present ideas, comes from him. My nickname, I
found out at the convention, is "teacher" as many, many
people came to me and said that they were successful because I had
taught them how to actually be successful in network marketing.
My philosophy of "I make money when you make money" and
"My job is to make each one in my downline millionaires"
has spurred people to look at this business differently. Changing
from trying to "get as many people as possible" to realizing
what a great gift of Health and Wealth we are offering with STEMTech
for the world.
12. What STEMTech training events have you attended? What are the
best things you gained from these sessions?
I have attended all of the corporate functions that STEMTech has
given. George Antarr and I go back a long way and we have a lot
of the same techniques that we have been working for years. His
4 Step System along with some of our "non-selling" techniques
have combined to make the average person much more successful. I
know that I can recruit, but networking is about everyone being
able to recruit. Since the average person really does not know how
to recruit, systems need to be in place to make sure everyone is
successful. George has really put together three main recruiting
tools based on individual styles of recruiting.
TeleCenter - 800 system that has major information on it from STEMTech
Corporate that can be heard any time day or night giving the STEMTech
Story
WealthBuilders - internet system that again tells the story via
high quality streaming videos allowing the distributor to just be
a Tour Guide
Your Business At Home Magazine - which is a powerful new tool to
allow people to give out the STEMTech message in person or by e-mail.
